After the game that never was I have a lot of time for Southend as the way both sets of fans applauded each other was how football at the lower leagues should be .

Southend play football the RIGHT way ,unlike Wycombe, so if its not us i'm Glad its you

So please take a request from this respectful Bury Fan

Be Loud , Be proud , Be passionate and most of all if you can get past the nerves ENJOY YOURSELVES

I feel a bit sorry for the hatred aimed at Wycombe. They are a team that nearly went down last year and have one of the smallest squads and budgets. However they topped the league for the majority of the season, which is a massive over achievement and therefore should be commended surely? Let's be fair too, Bury have spent an awful lot of money, their squad reflects that, and have a fantastic training facility, they SHOULD go up. If your a neutral, which i am aware we are not, then wouldn't most think it would be nice to see Wycombe go up after battling such adversity.

Just came back as a fellow Bury fan just said my post hit loads of likes

I may support Bury but as someone else alluded to we are supporting our local teams and that is a rarity in this age of TV Games for the Big boys

As for Bury and the Money - Its a bit concerning to us Bury fans as we don't no where the money is coming from even for the Carrington move ( We only got that in March so bit harsh to say we should go up based on that but i see the point)

As for Wycombe - I think its more the Ainsworth Factor -- He is a horrible bloke - nothing is ever his teams fault , in terms of Bury vs Wycombe at home - The pitch was worse then the day our game got called off - He refused to postpone it and insisted on a inspection ( It is an agreement between Referee and 2 managers for a postponement) Meaning game went ahead , That big dirty patch near the half way line is from that game - Standing water on the pitch worse then the call off

Wycombe with any other manager then Yes i would feel harshly on them -- But they don't help themselves , Last year they cheated and got away with it condemning Bristol Rovers to 5th Tier football

Good luck to you, it's been a while since we had a supporter of another club receive such a warm welcome as you have....last time that happened, he ended up accepting a bet to come and watch a game in our end!
