I missed this first time round, but having the dubious pleasure of working in Basildon this article tickled me...

Of particular note:
- The brutal honesty of the nations fork lift drivers.
- The public 'shopping' of a murderess by her mate.
- 'Old-fashioned drug dealer'!?! - presumably the local source of Laudanum.

Possibly, but Benfleet has got some very interesting history where as Basildon does not.
