Nothing has been decided yet on Barnard , he is to have a fitness test some point tommorrow , so i will know then and will share the hopefully good news with you folk .

Barrett being made of sterner stuff of course will say that Lee's ok , but as we know Lee does seem to take the odd knock here and there.
But i'm sure if he feels he can play he 110% will.

nowhere near 250k he is always injured, he has missed a lot of games for us and I would put a few quid on him missing a lot of games next season, why do you think we got him so cheap, dont get me wrong he is a good player but too fragile

Agreed.

Could be a great player but needs to get a decent amount of games behind him first.

Hopefully he will get a good pre-season with us next year and be nice and settled and hopefully be stronger because of it.

I don't think it's anything to do with having a full pre-season behind him. He picks up injuries because of his style of play and because of a number of injuries that he sustained at a young age. When you pick up an injury your body tends to compensate by favouring other parts of the body which ends up weakening them.

I think we're going to have to accept that Barnard is going to miss a lot of games over his time here. If he's not 100% then he shouldn't be playing and we run the risk of making him worse if he does.
