Question Away game restaurant recommendations

Juggler90

Youth Team
Interested to hear if drivers to away games use regular places for breakfast and dinner on away days just off the main roads. When heading up the A1 we always stop for brekkie at a Toby in Donny and on the way home have eaten at a little pub called Inn on the Green just off the A1 in Newark. No science to it other than using Google to identify nearest eateries to junctions about half way into journeys that aren’t service stations or Little Thiefs.

This weekend using Google Maps I’ve identified Cannock / Stafford as breakfast and dinner stops but would love to hear where others go, preferably places like Inn on the Green rather than a Beefeater. Any hidden cafe gems for breakfast a mile or two off the M1 or M6
