I am just about to advertise my motor for sale on Autotrader, does anybody have any hints or tips on how to get a quick sale for the price I'm looking for?

Ask for a reasonable price - something like Parkers or Glass's Guide usually tell you what is a fair price for a car with the same age and mileage as yours.
Other than that, look on Autotrader and compare other cars to yours. If you want to sell yours quickly, put yours on for £100 less!
I bought my motor off Autotrader on-line as it happens... very pleased with the whole experience, really.

Did most of that already & managed to finally get my ad up over lunchtime.
Their pricing policy is a bit strange though. The guide rate said one thing & my actual bill was almost half of the original stated price.
