Just a thought - a bit far fetched even by my standards I must admit - but if, IF, Leeds' future was still to be in the balance as we set off up the M1 that day and we were to hear on the way there that they had sadly folded - then rather conveniently Wolves are away at Sheffield Wednesday that day , so we will only need to make a short detour to Barnsley or Rotherham or whereever they're playing their home fixtures .

I'm sure those jolly nice Sheff weds chaps will allow us to buy tickets on the day to join with our new-found chums from Wolverhampton

Or perhaps we should ask them to stagger the kick -offs so we can watch both matches ?

Well, personally, I'm a Southend United supporter, not a Freddy Eastwood supporter or indeed a Wolves one. I wish him well and will look out for how he does, but that's the end of the story as far as I'm concerned. I'm much more interested to see how our reconfigured forward line performs...
