As he needs to be registered with the FL then yes I would of thought so.

I am still unsure where Brown is getting this supposed squad of 20 players, even though we are under embargo from.

I know the FL do sometimes allow you to sign enough players to field a team whilst under embargo (depending on the reasons for the embargo) but 20 players seems a bit generous to me. We shall see I suppose.

I think you need to be able to have a match squad so 11+7 but we have 3 goalkeepers so I'd guess we'd be able to sign 2 more outfield players to compensate that.
