Attention any betting experts!

FLAVIA

Mr. P.
I sure someone out there can help. I need the name of the bet which covers 3 horses in singles, doubles, and a treble. I know it comes to 7 bets - 3 singles, 3 doubles and a treble, but for the life of me I cant remember what the bet is called.
P.S Any tips for the Grand National? anbody.

My tip?  Bet on something less random.
Quite.

Having said that, yesterday I had my first Grand National bet since 2001. Garvivonnian e/w at 20/1 (generally only 16s now).

Instead of a patent, how about a trixie.

Its 3 doubles and a treble so only 4 bets

Ok, you need two winners for a return, but it means you can double your unit stake?

But as with all multiple bets - its hard enough finding one winner let alone two or three:(

My Tip, don't bet at all.

Have you ever walked into a bookies and been impressed by the quality of the clientelle?

They don't look like they are on the fast track to fortune to me.

No way - you can end up having something like 5 winnners and still not get a return!

But have you been to the races, seen all that money and flash gear.

BTW Joes Edge E/W for the national

The Person I know had 4 winners. 3 winners along the bottom row, and 1 top left. If Sir Rembrant had come in he would have had two winning lines and winnings of around £27,000!!

Kev, surely you aren't getting involved in union jack bets?

They should be banned!

Worst value bets of the century surely!

No, no, no!

Didn't know they existed until the very nice man (who won the 14 G's) showed me his slip!

The only bets i have this weekend is £20 on Blackpool at 11/2, £5 E/W on "therealbandit" at 40's (those who know me will know why!) and i cheeky £1.50 on some 66/1 shot whose names has escaped me!
