I checked the substance quoted , it appears (From Wiki anyway DHEA) that DHEA is in an overthe county Dietary supplement available widely in the states however it is commononl used as a muscle builder, so how ever it was marketed, it was being used as an enhancement
DHEA metobolises into Testosterone which would explain why it is described as a male product , however as that appears to be a secondary metabolite it is not that reliable..
