Are Col Ewe on performance enhancing drugs ???

Watching the clips of their Sunderland game , they were running around like supermen in 23+ degrees plus heat , just like they did at Roots Hall.

Or is it just the 'healthy ' lifestyle they lead , living in Colchester ??

There's no pulling the wool over your eyes

(or maybe we just develop our players into highly skilled athletes, as opposed to being Efe Sodje ;))

It's simply a case of leading the lives of professional athletes, both on and OFF the pitch.

Perhaps Freddy, Macca and Flavs should follow their example.

I think in fairness, the work that Donough Holohan our fitness coach does is really reaping dividends. Under Parky, we were a fit team, but we have got even better this year in that regard.

I think its one that they are seeing results on the pitch, so they are buying into the stuff they're doing, which in turn brings results on the pitch and so on.

We get a fair few goals early in the game and also in the last 10 minutes. I think this is because of our pretty demanding pre match warm up which enables us to start at a high tempo, and our fitness levels are such we run teams into the ground in the last ten minutes or so.
