the hamlet next to westcliff station seems fairly lax (well according to my son) but you may need a 'faceman' to do the bar runs..
or try the plough, ****ehole but i vaguely recall being told to mind my language in there, as there were kids around when i was watching england switzerland or something.

You need to find a pub that will let you in at 7pm and then stay in there.
