Question Anyone else had season ticket retained after Torquay and not returned yet?

At the home game with Torquay my season ticket would not work it was retained by a steward I was given a paper slip receipt, but still not had my ticket back yet. Could not make Saturday so was not an issue then, just wondered if anyone else had not gottheirs back yet as I know others did not work. Tried ringing ticket office gave up after about 15 mins wil have to try and get down to the office.

Not being funny, but are your payments up to date? I know I've heard a few times about people with STs who've let their direct debits lapse (sometimes intentionally) and yet they're still getting in. If everything is in order your end then try phoning them at a quiet time.

Just had a response apparently it was sent out in post but not recieved so they are sending a new one!
