Had a lovely drive to school this morning, would have been better off with a boat! The missus was driving and we both thought a few 'puddles' would defeat my little fiesta! In fact one 'puddle' had defeated a mini....

Took me an hour to get into work, I was only going from Hullbridge to Hockley, no buses, traffic jams and flooded roads.

Fine, it was just a complete sodding night mare getting off, and this was exacerbated by c2c having problems. :madman:

No problems getting on. Got to Benfleet station at 7.15 this morning. Was hoping for the lines to be down after Leigh though so I wouldnt have to come in lol :p

I'm not affected by the floods (live on a hill), however, the downpour we got yesterday/last night nearly bloody killed me at least 5 times when I tried walking down the hill earlier. Said downpour had frozen. Ice + Shoes With No Grip + My Lack of Balance = Me nearly ending up in a fatal You've Been Framed moment.

Took me just under 3 hours to get from Leigh to North london this morning due to the closure of A127 and the surrounding roads being just as screwed up !! Not happy.......
