I've just listened to PS's Wycombe preview on BP. Rather tetchy start where he was clearly not happy being asked questions on the Widdrington departure, nor on any news about a possible replacement(s). Wycombe is going to be a tough match (no surprise!) and injuries. Strangely he wouldn't count out any of the three injured players for Saturday.

GRANT: His back doesn't seem to be a big problem and he was training today.
SIMPSON: Happily his injury is not as bad as first thought........................................didn't say whether he trained today.
MOHSNI: Still awaiting the result of his scan (so he said) ......In reply to the interviewers question that Mohsni was still on crutches, PS responded that Bilel had
already played, carrying some awful injuries..........didn't seem to want to rule him out..........perhaps he'll play with his crutches on Saturday!...........
.................perhaps PS is into a bit of kidology. Certainly doesn't want to provide Wycombe with any info that can be useful for their planning.

doesn't sound like his scouting of our opponents is up to much - he thought Revell was still playing for Wycombe!

While on the subject of injuries I have been wondering for some time now if we still have any sort of private health insurance or whether as part of the cutbacks are our players now waiting on the good old nhs. Philips was supposed to be under the knife ages ago but then it was put back and ive heard nothing since, also after his injury at Cheltenham Moshni goes for a scan and up till now again havent heard any results. Seems we are no longer on the fast track to recovery. Any info anyone.

Just seen on o/s news about Moshni, no great damage so thats good news but still think injuries are taking longer to get diagnosed etc
