Any Darragh damage?

The last lot of winds we lost a fence panel but all the panels seem ok this morning.
We did have some damage though to the granddaughter’s garden house - it has lost its roof and the window shutters are broken off. Looks like I have to try and find a roof repairer and being so near Xmas lol and there of course is the added expense and I don’t think my insurance will cover it either 😂

Granddaughter? Surely you’re too young for one of those 😍

I'm happy to say my lolly stick experiment worked. Normally in high winds I get between 1 and 3 fence panels blown down. But last year I stuck some lolly sticks together with glue to get 1-2cm width. I got some bags of 50 from WH Smith at the time. Then I use them as a wedge, and gently hammer them in the gap between the fence panel and the concrete posts. Since then a few high winds, and still no fence panel blown down.

Went up in the loft on Saturday to get the Xmas stuff down. Big rip in the roof membrane and lumps mortar on the boards , Several ridge tiles had lifted and the mortar holding them down had come off .
Luckily roof seems to be watertight and the roofing company is coming out tomorrow
