Don't see the need for another centre-back, even with Barrett injured we still have Bolger, Prosser, Rea and Thompson.

Maybe not a priority but worth a look and if he is better than what we have then why not?

Thompson is still coming back from a serious injury and has a history of injuries and Rea is only on loan so whilst we are ok at the moment there is not a lot of back up and competitiion for places is always healthy.

If this was pre-season then I'd be saying great news, as we needed some quality cover at centre back, but now with Thompson on his way back and Rea on loan I can't really see the need. That said, he would be a good addition, just I'm not sure if we need him now.
