Seeing as Murray just won another Masters title and moved up to world no.2 thought i would post some parts of an article i was reading about him.
Rumours that Murray was "anti-English" stemmed from an interview he and Tim Henman did for the Daily Mail. In response to teasing from Henman, Murray said he would be supporting "Whoever England were playing against" in the World Cup. The journalist said later "It was clearly a joke."
Murray never forgot being ignored by Andre Agassi when tried to get his autograph as a child and vowed never to turn down a fan in any circumstances when he's asked for one.
