regardless its common sense that the club is going to make another statement- I

yes its annoying but the club is trying to save the situation at the moment, everyone is studying each individual word in each statment and making assumptions from it so if there is to be anything worth saying these statements can take longer to write than people expect- espeically in the fluid situation we find ourselves in when things are moving very quickly.

Excuse me for being thick, i know that a "Chairmans Statement" is made by the chairman (wow, didn't realise just how clever i am), but, what is the difference between a 'Club statement' and a 'board statement', i admit to being confused. On the OS now we have the two statements, one is accredited to the club, the other to the board, what have i missed? UTB

Surely a Chairman's statement doesn't need Board approval but a Board statement needs the backing of the Board - which to me implies greater levity as a result (do I mean levity? Brain is not good!)

If we all think we have had a bad week, then his cant have been much fun, especially if he could have seen some of the vitriol on here

We are all entitled to our opinions, and of course this is just mine, but I have said all along that I will judge Ron on the result, and not until. We have still to wait and see what friday brings, but I am still confident, and certainly more confident with him at the helm, than the devil I dont know.

Times are hard... we should all remember that !

They probably regreted putting the "full statement to follow" because there probably was not much more to be said. "we arn't in administation, we might be able to pay them" I would rather not know all the smutty detail of who Ron had to sell himself to, struting up and down york road.
