All At Sea

[Shrimper James]

It's that time again folks. All At Sea issue 16 will be coming our for the Sunderland home game on Saturday 19th August. It seems a long way off but we need to start getting bits together for the issue.

If you'd like to contribute then please post or e-mail any cartoons, ramblings, funnies or pretty much anything you like (SUFC/football related obviously) to one of the below methods, and we'll stick it in the next issue.

I have been asked by a National Magazine to write an atricle on Britains Fattest/Roughest/Most Pikie Fans and I thought I would give them my article entitled "Lee from Leigh - How he did it the lard way."

Thought I would give them a sneak preview.

A cd of Orient Classics such as "Superman Cooperman" and "Leyton Orient Scored More Goals Than Any Other Fourth Division Team In '88-'89".

Actually, it's pretty good to be honest; would definitely appeal to non-Orient fans as long as you're a bit of a footy memorabilia hound.

All this, and the bumper promotion issue 'ear. How could anyone refuse?

As you only have about 10 fans I cant imagine the costs of production were massive.

Sure. It'll be out for our first Saturday home game (Bournemouth, if I remember rightly) - didn't fancy flogging it before the first game for obvious reasons...

It's a good job that our ground is so small and **** then, otherwise we'd look ridiculous rattling around in there. All 10 of us club together to use our year's savings from our heather-selling jobs on printing one copy of the Ear a season. It's a pity none of us can read, otherwise we might enjoy it.

I would be amazed if any of you lot had any savings as I am sure if you did you would have moved to Essex a long time ago.
