Alderton v Clarke

Technician

Guest
With the tension mounting in the build up to Saturday's big game, publicity is now reaching fever pitch and the bookies have closed all betting on who will be in between the sticks for us, against the Swans. By all accounts Tilson is keeping his options open on who will start, but the early signs are that Alderton has the edge. Training went well for the stand-in GK and the stand-up comic GK, the latter claiming to have saved more goals in training than his opponent for the GK jersey.

The, Will He, Won't He Saga...

And there was me thinking it was a thread comparing the questionable talents of Rio Alderton vs. Steven Clarke...

Why should I break from such a topical viewpoint anyway? All I am doing is adding to the entertainment value of what has been the club's best week since March, in terms of publicity. After Saturday, we could be firkin miserable again...
