Seeing Macca go off last night so early had me worried that we've got one of our key players out of or doubtful for the Swansea game. Anyone heard whether this is the case or if it was just tactical?

tight hamstring i heard... a tight hammie is better than a torn one, hopefully it was just precautionary

I was told by Kristoff that someone in the Fishhouse was saying that Macca was doubtful to start anyway last night. Then seeing him go off so early we feared the worst.

I don't think it's that much of a problem - Maher, Bailey, Gower, Black and Moussa (any combination of) is still a good midfield.

Better with Macca in there though.

He didn't really pull up last night, he went to track back then stopped. Probably a tight hamstring, or a very weak tear.

Fingers crossed his okay for Swansea.

As LDNFatso said talking to another couple of Shrimperzone boys pre game in the Fish House there was a story of Macca being doubtful with a "hammie" pre kick off.

He was not moving about comfortably just prior to going off, just hope that's all it is..
