Agents fees

We paid out £21,000 to agents between Jan-June 06 (compared with £23,750 in the preceding 12 months).

Teams that spent more than us were Forest, Swansea, Bristol City, Donny Rovers, MK Dons and Swindon. Col Ewe spent nothing over the whole 18 month period.

During the 6 month period we made 7 new registrations, 1 new contract, 1 cancelled contract and 2 loans.

Here's the link to the full report

Damn you beat me to it, I was just about to post this!

Makes interesting reading though, particularly the fact the majority of our agents fees were paid Jan06-Jun06.  Is this us preparing for life in The Championship or purely the fact Agents might have a lag in their billing process?

Also interesting that Col U haven't made any Agents payments in either the 04/05 or 05/06 season. Now, they have had transfer activity so I wonder if their board refuse to deal with agents, if so, fair play to them.

For some reason, I very much doubt that agents would be slow to bill.

I'd think that too, but what 2 loans did we have Jan-Jun? I'm thinking JCR must be one of them presuambly but the others?

Nash from Ipswich, JCR to Col U ?

7 Transfers
JCR
Sodje
Bradbury
Hamill
Collis
Francis
Ricketts

Cancelled Contract:
Edwards or Gremlin ?

Updated contract
Daryl

Jay to Oxford sounds right ,
but Eagle was also loaned out, once Sodje arrived, so either the loan numbers don't add up or I have missed out a transfer (in or out ?)

FYI

Col U refuse to pay agent fees, and have done for a few years. Bloody parasites.

Cancelled contract?? Pffft. If they want to pay someone, I'll tear up a contract by mutual consent for a tenner.
