Shame I look forward to these meetings but the day in question wifey is due out of hospital.Much as every shallow bit of me would love to go im being trouble by strange feelings of guilt and needing to do the right thing, so I hope others on here can give the details.

You are clearly doing the right thing , but sadly this does put some doubt on the legitimate nature of your 'user name'....

These Accounts will have been produced prior the sale of Hall and Ferdinand. So, the actual picture maybe a little more positive than what is in Black and White. Also, there is a potential sale of Bilel in January (all being well) and the clear income generating initiatives being introduced by the club, such as Beer and Pint nights, Beer Promotions, Reduced prices on Boxes and Exec Lounge deals etc..
I know that it wont completely plug financial gap, but, every little helps..... or should I say "Here's to Extraordinary" :winking:

Why do we have to wait until December 2012 to be presented with financial information relating to the year commencing 1st August 2010.

I don't know whether to file it underr "fiction" or "history".

The accounts were in the public domain in August, they were two months passed their legal deadline admittedly (which was whey we were emabargo'd at the time) , they are being mailed out now to those who areinterested enough to read them before the AGM but not interested enough to get them from companies house.

I'm not an accountant or any financial genius of any sort - however, surely regardless what these figures say, we are still in business, we are still not in administration and yet whilst the squad itself needs mrpoving we can still field a team for every league game !

Were people expecting us to be turning a profit in these accounts ? Were we going to suddenly be an attractive proposition for an investor ?

Nope, we are a 4th Divison league team in one of worst financial climates of all time ! I seriously wonder sometimes what people are expecting !

I did say, for that reason, "be presented with" rather than have to go searching in Companies House.

As a shareholder why do I have to wait three and a half months to receive the already late accounts.

Given that the subsequent financial year to the one being reported finished nearly four months ago, it is that year we should be talking about at this time surely !!!
