Absolutely Buzzing with Excitement

I have to say I am raring to go for tomorrow's game. It is all I can think about! We have had it so lucky as a club financially speaking and as fans to come up against United, Spurs (twice) and as of tomorrow Chelsea in a few season's!

The anticipation from my part and my family who are also attending is immense. Having just read that Drogba is set to start that ensures me the 30/1 price I got for us to win is value. He is obviously rusty and lacks pace unlike Anelka haha! Barrett can do a man marking job and become a national hero!

Lee Sawyer is in the squad for tomorrow's game which should be interesting no doubt he will play some part. Lets hope he forgets which net to score in! A potential 12 v 10. Game on!

The most remarkable part that sent a tingle down my spine was the last paragraph on their website which read:

"Southend will be filling the Shed End tomorrow with 6,000 fans, all with flags."

Are we provided with them or are they just making it up to encourage the rich butlers of West London to attend and show some pride and passion? I know not but I will be having a few beers and looking after my voice for tomorrow.

So proud of the the team and club and fans. I know this will be a great day out! Lets all have fun and enjoy ourselves!!

Been able to keep calm all week but now its really beginning to get to me too. Usually drive to away games but on coach tomorrow along with most of the the other Thunderbirds, including Micky Pearce whose flying in from Germany where he keeps the Blue flag flying. Rodder's however is planning to land TB1 on a fish shop, yeah had us wondering too. Still just as long as everyone enjoys the game and we do ourselves proud. Come on you Blues !!
