Ayrshire Blue’s one to watch

Theo Robinson – One we all know about, Scored 7 goals in 21 appearances on loan at Roots Hall for the latter stage of last season, signed a 3 year contract with Huddersfield for an undisclosed fee in July 2009. Will add blistering pace to Huddersfield’s forward line and will certainly be amongst the goals this season.

I just hope Theo has the same shooting boots on as when we played up there. I tend to think Clarkey might be more of a threat.

Clarkey? -own goal threat more like:D

I can see it now, running back to goal as he hadn't checked behind him 'cos he was ball-watching when the ball went wide, ball comes in and massive swipe at it results in a horrendous mis-kick and the spin of the ball rolls it inside the post in a trickling manner:support:

That'll be 1-0. Then Clarkey will give away a penalty for handball and two more free-kicks just outside the box for persistant shirt-pulling on Dougie and the result is 4-1 to Southend.

Away Terriers boo Lee Clark. Which is a shame really for all the spending he's done this summer.
