Ron Martin this week has to give tilson the backing to go and get atleast three very good signings. We have resulted to putting on a player that has never played a competitive game before dont get me wrong i fort lee sawyer done OK but it should not be happening. Putting bailey on the transfer list when he still has two years on his contract was wrong, Jonathan Douglas would have been a great signing but we dont want to pay the wages. We dont want to have a 22000 seater in league two do we? Im sure a few of use will now moan at me but it all makes sense.......Baileys head was only turned due to the fact that he was put on the transfer well done ron. Lets just hope no one comes in for clarke because then we really will be relegation candidates.

How much do you think we should spend ? What areas ?

Ron Martin has already said he is surprised he hasnt been asked to sanction more players, the issue is clearly trying to find the right calibre of players.

As far as I can see all we need urgently is one experienced centre midfielder.

Why ?

He wanted to play at a higher level and that would have happened if he had been listed or not.

The alternative was to double his salary and he would have left anyway, or not list him and if he didnt leave lose him for peanuts next season.

No it wasnt, he wanted out and always said he wanted to play at a higher level. It was no surprise to anyone a CCC club came in for him.

Lets just hope no one comes in for clarke because then we really will be relegation candidates.

Clarke isnt CCC quality so less chance of an offer coming in but even if we lost him we wouldnt be relegation candidates.
