I dunno, Herd looks pretty spesh in pic 5. That said, how shifty does Barker look in pic 10...maybe he was in the middle of smuggling out performance enhancing drugs!
 
Who's in pic2? Because he appears to be totally smashed, and colouring Santa's moustache red. Might explain a few things.
