A little advise for Fat Maher

According to all the posts on here, a lad called Nick (aka Fat Maher) has been arrested and charged with racist abuse. What he needs to do is make a counter claim for threatening behaviour aimed at him and name Ricketts as the guilty partner. Trust me on this, when a counter charge is issued the police have to act. Watch how quick all charges are dropped like hot do-do. Worked for me against Luton last season, and I was genuinely innocent as I believe this Nick to be.

But seb would that not mean he has to admit to being racist even though he was not?

No, absolutly not. All he would be doing is making a counter allegation against an accuser of his supposed crime. Remember, he is being accused of something that someone else has to produce evidence for. Nick can call upon countless witnesses in the South Bank that Ricketts was making abusive gestures and television pictures can also confirm that. Who can Ricketts call on to confirm who was racially abusing him? Hardly going to be someone who was sitting at least 50 metres away is it. Nick admits to nothing. Its perfectly legal and none incriminating.

There is reason behind my madness sometimes. I had a run in with this Nick once along time ago and basicly scared the sh!t out of him. I dont particulary like him but I dont hold a grudge and certainly dont want to see him get convicted of something he didn't do.

i use to travel with nick to the away matches on the trust coaches. he can be very annoying at times but by god that man loves the club with a passion and wouldnt do anything to harm the reputation

Dave I think we've all said similar things over the years

yep and he use to say similar things after travelling god knows how many miles around the country only to see his team get beat comprehensively - 5-0 at carlisle springs to mind! however, come the next game you would bet your bottom dollar he would turn up.
