A Battrick Training Question

So what is the age you believe that training should stop on a player, I ask that although I have been playing this game a while. I do not have the time to read every single piece of information or website/forum dedicated to Battrick

So I thought this poll would ensure that I am doing it right as well as help others out. I usually train to between 22/23 depending on when they get their next pop.

I only ever used to train up to about 20-21, but have now started taking players up to 23 max, depending on when the next pop is due.

I said 23, but its probably more dependent on a player's stats than their age.

Well im aiming for 22-23 but as i have never had a highly rated trainee ill prob just carry on until i can no longer pay the wages lol.

As everyone else. 22/23. Only really go to 23 if the pop is in the first few weeks of when they are 23.
