The 4 homes games that we have had our higghest crowds and broken the 8000 barrier have always never ended it a win

Scunks, O's, B.Rovers (LDV) and Yeovil

you can also chuck in the away games with 8000 (swans, wh and BR) plus the LDV final of course......why oh why cant we do the business in front of a decent crowd

didnt we win 2-1 at Brizzle in the ldv?
take your point though.
Ban all the johnny come latelys!!

You know, stickyboy has a point :

LDV Final Wrexham 0-2 L 36,216
CCup1 West Ham United 0-2 L 16,910
Lge2 YEOVIL TOWN 0-1 L 11,735
Lge2 Swansea City 1-1 D 10,190
Lge2 Bristol Rovers 1-2 L 9,287
Lge2 LEYTON ORIENT 0-1 L 9,189
Lge2 SCUNTHORPE UNITED 0-0 D 8,224
LDVAF2 BRISTOL ROVERS 2-2 D 8,145

Perhaps our new stadium (HA!) should have a capacity of 7,999.

Nope.

The majestic mountain of Montgó, 723m high overlooking the quaint town of Jávea / Xàbia a few clicks north of Moraira (aka "Little Germany") and Calpe (aka "sh*thole") ...

11000 plus or am I on drugs?
Was talking about this season!

THink Grimsby crowd should be less than the 8000 next week just so we may be ok.Reckon they get around 4000 less away fans

oh yeah, totally.. once we get one.. NOT!

well we might have to break this awful record of playing in front of 8000+ crowds this Saturday!

P-8 , W-0 , D-3 , L-5 , F-4 , A- 11

It's all to do with handling the pressure and I'm sure the lads know how important this game is and if they want to play at a higher level then they will have to be able to take the pressure these big games prodjuce and also the expection of a larger crowd.

done some more research on the previous few years as well on 8000+ crowds!

2003/4 - 6 games - 0 wins , 2 draws, 4 losses
2002/3 - 2 games - 0 wins , 1 draw, 1 loss
2001/2 - 4 games - 0 wins , 2 draws , 2 losses

Thats 4 seasons without a win - anyone got results prior to that?
