7 Interesting facts from the Peterborough programme yesterday

Magnum PI

Private Detective
In no particular order

1. Roots Hall is the most dismal place to watch football in the division - just 30 goals in 15 matches. Apparently, Victoria Park in Hartlepool is the place to be with 65 in 17 matches.

2. Simon Francis has got in the most crosses in the whole division with 111.. I wonder how many of them have been converted over the season. Any ideas?

3. Bas Savage has won the most free-kicks in the division - 79 according to the programme. That doesnt really surprise me following his recent showing at the Hall.

4. Barry Fry apologises to the Southend fans and explains his move to Birmingham being the result of not being wanted by the Southend board of directors. Still didnt stop the "Circus in the Town" songs

5. Peterboroughs top 3 goals scorers have 52 goals between them (MacKail-Smith, Maclean and Wright) - Southends have 14 ! (Freedman, Barnard, Revell) .. even more amazing we won really

6. In the league all season, we hadnt won a single game when conceding the first goal. Again, even more amazing we won the match

7. George Boyd has won most freekicks for Posh - 47 in total. No surprise there then. Saw the penalty again today - pathetic pathetic decision !

We kept that average going on Tuesday; now 32 from 16. Hartlepool are actually 62 from 17.

I can confirm that many of them have been converted in the rugby sense of the word.

Francis has 3 assists so far this season. Last year he led the assist charts with 7, one more than Gower.

He is a fat judas **** who can **** right off!!!

Too right there.

He went for the promises of bright lights and champagne of Buuuuuurmingham, the dirty stinking no good two bob ****-erney then tried to pillage and rape Southend of it's best players, coupled with that big-nosed centre-forward shagging chairwoman of theirs Kaz Brady.

We could've been summat Bazza but oh no, you royally screwed us right over back then and started our decline for all those years.
