Premio Loco in the 6.20pm at Meydan (In Dubai) worth noting the price is shortening significantly.

Worth noting that I will not provide this as a 'tip' after the disappointment the other day but more 1 to watch.

I can give you some tips on outsiders all day long. They wont win though, which is why they are outsiders.

The tips are based on horses coming into form or being held back in the stables for the right races. Betting E/W in racing is a significant help.

anyone can look at the odds and tell which is a dead cert not everyone looks back at history and improvements made on horses and where they run well. you will get better odds on an each way tip now and then normally backed as an outsider with hopefully some good guidance on it as opposed to a dead cert.
