And we won't. There are at least 4 sides a lot better than this team, in my eyes we have overachieved this season. Sturrock says he will try and get loan players in before next Thursday - let's see if this happens. What we are in desperate need of is a manager who isn't so damn negative at home cos it may well cost us any chance of promotion. I just hope and pray PS sees sense and changes his philosophy for the remaining home games.

I'm sorry Mr Sturrock, I spent a lot of money last weekend (2 days) following the team to Hereford and a win. I get back home and you play around with the team and it results in a shambles. When will you realise that we need to be positive and look to score at home (not just not concede, as that doesn't work) and Blair is an average midfielder who is no use near the goal!

I think I preferred the good old days, you stuck 11 blokes on the pitch and played football, rather than **** about with silly ****ing systems that players don't have the wit, intelligence or possibly the heart to play.

Ive said it since Sturrock joined. Just play 442.

However, we are where we are because of the tactics he has played, who is to say we would have done better with 442 with the players we have.

Whatever system he wants to play he should play it but at the moment I dont think anyone actually knows what our system is !?

It's the over complication of a simple game that is the problem.

It gets even more complicated whenyou change team and formation every other game.

How the players are expected to know whether the or coming or going, or feel settled and know their role I dont know.

At this level a settled team of decent players knowing what is expected of them has got to be better than chopping and changing every week.

I can pretty much name the team that we got promotions with under Tilson and that was years ago, I couldnt tell you what our first team or formation is this year.
