Just wondering if any fellow shrimpers play 5 a side football over at chase opposite southend hospital.

I'm continuing my comeback from injury with my first competitive game in three years! The games were a lot harder than I thought they were going to be and everyone plays to win. Overall though I had a lot of fun with my mates and it was great for fitness.
