360° Evaluation - The 'Thanks' System

I've been instructed by the owners (this is a lie) to facilitate a 360° Evaluation of the new Thanks system.

At first there was some resistance to the change, citing duplication of the existing rep system, and it looking a little untidy in places.

However the system appears to have bedded in well and is frequently used.

So, how are you finding the new Thanks system? Do you have any comments?

I am of the opinion that forums like this should be self policing.

If someone upsets you then you break down their front door st 4am, taser/pepper spray them and take them away in a van.....

Does this mean the new 'likes' system? If so, the new system is ok, but seems a little redundant to me to be honest.

I would normally follow Mad Cyril's advice to the letter in all matters, but alas have no access to a van.

as has been mentioned before by others, if their is a 'like' function it would be good to have a 'dislike' function as well

We have taken our lead from faceache, they may not as popular as us, but it seems to have worked for them.

Statistically, can you show whether less green rep has been awarded since the introduction of 'Like'? It seems to me that Like and Green rep are very similar apart from the fact I can't tell someone why I liked the post. Dump green rep but keep red??
