Agreed, always been a big fan of P.Clarke and he does get slatted alot but hopefully with a few more MotM performances he will shut people up.

Clarke's a decent player, although he looks a lot better with Richards as a defensive partner.

He will shut people up when he stops making mistakes every game.

I like Clarke and on his day is a great blood and guts defender but in a team lacking confidence we dont need our centrebacks making silly mistakes.

Seemingly not. Another indictment of how the people that compile these things don't actually watch any of the games - he was the outstanding player on the pitch.

I think Clarke is a fantastic defender, probably our best. He runs the show for me. He goes in hard, wins the ball, hardly gives away the foul, even when man handling them, so he clearly knows the rulebook.
