1 win in the last 9 in the league

Although we got a great result yesterday lets not forget the basics, the league is the most important aspect of the season, as Chelsea will no doubt beat us at the Hall. 6 defeats in the last 8 as well, 1 goal in the last 6 league games as well is totally unacceptable, we sit in the bottom half, and closer to the relegation zone than promotion, yes it was a good result yesterday but we cannot be waylayed by the rubbish that is normally served up.

You might want to consider the opposition we were up against in those 9 games

We were away to both the first and second placed clubs, away to the 8th placed club.

At home we beat the 14th, draw against the 11th, lost to the 5th and 10th placed.

Maybe we should have done better than drawing at home to the 22nd place team and losing away at the 15th, but those results say to me we'll finish 12th.
