1 point won or 2 points lost???

Usually I am absolutely gutted when we concede and lose away, but today it was inevitable milwall were going to score..

Yes it was a kick in the teeth to concede in the last few minutes but im unsure whether to take it as a point won or 2 points lost? Thought the team weren't playing great at all, and after milwall scored they looked on scoring again. Good job we didnt let them into the net any earlier as the outcome could've been much worse.

I would've taken a draw if it was offered, just wanted to know your views on this ?

i think conceding in the last few mins is always going to feel like points lost, especially as all the reports suggest that Millwall weren't really that good. I probably would have taken a point at 2.55pm today, but that's only because Millwall look good on paper, but they haven't started well and we all know that this league is a tough one to predict.

Milwall didn't play well and neither did we really.Especially in the second half. Looks like the blues getting off to a flyer will be the turning point of the season. Still have a lot to do.

My views on the team doing well this season was rather negative after seeing pre season - not so much negative more mid-table rather than where we should be. So seeing the team get a point at milwall ill say its a point well won

Good point - on reflection I am pleased.

We rarely get a lot at the Den and lets be honest last season we gave it away. Millwall are **** but its still a hard place to go and having lost bailey of late and having a young and patched up squad we did well.

My main worry it the total lack of creativity that saw us create no chances as far as I can recall.

I didnt go yesterday so have got no say on things, pleased we got a draw, shame we didnt win it, but hey supporting southend I have seen us lose many a game in the last few minutes, so thats life!! great that revell scored, be interesting to see how he goes this season, i hope he does well, but dave I must pick you up on a point you made, and is the one thing I was trying to get at, after the first game of the season, I to was alarmed at the lack of anything creative, there is absolutely nothing in the way of attacking, skillfull play involved and I am absolutely sure thats why barnard hasnt scored yet absolutely staved of anything at all

Anyone will tell you... Win your home games, and draw the away ones and you shouldnt be too far off winning the championship !

Long way to go, but very positive considering there are probably one or two new faces to arrive !

Peterborough looked rampant on the telly today, and we completely stopped them playing, and Millwall in the first half at Oldham last week were also rampant. The keystone to any god team is the defence, and that has at least started well this season

agreed the defence is our one strong point, but hey ron, why dont we try and break that up as well??? Im pretty sure that, that will be the straw that breaks the camels back if Ron forces tilliy's hand and has to sell clarke

lets get him off that transfer list and get some continuity in this squad......

I think it's all about perception - Prior to the game, I think most of us would have settled for a point, but obviously would have wanted all 3 - with only a matter of seconds on the clock, I think all of us would have been shattered by only taking a point from the game.

For me, my head says it's a point gained, one more than we got there last season, but my heart most definitely says 2 points dropped.

For logistical reasons, I didn't go yesterday, so cannot comment on the level of performance (apart from that which I heard through the appalling Blues World commentary) and it seems we would have been fortunate to get all 3 points. That said, when I heard the line up before kick off, I think I probably woul;d have been pleased to get out of there with our pride still in tact, so a point overall is one gained IMO.

I would have taken a point before the game, cockles is spot on about creativity though we are not creating anything for barny, he must be pretty frustrated with lack of support/chances from the midfield
