    With Phil away with the squad .If there was other faces he wanted in the squad I take it Uncle Ron will be holding the fort as to players phil want to add . With sataday being the 1st of july and all players being released will start looking for a club now .

  2. Youth squad match

    I saw the under 18 youth team kick there season off on sataday with a 1 1 draw against Gillingham .Also noticed that they were sporting the new home strip without a sponsor.Does this mean the Shrimpers Trust no longer sponsors the youths . Kit looks good without that god awful Martin dawn logo...

  3. cresswell missing

    If there is on thing to come out of the gloom of cresswell missing three games .Well at least he will be missing for one week .A home game Tuesday .A home game sataday .Then next weds night .Then he returns against Wycombe .So at least his missing game wont be dragged out over three weeks .

  5. its time to get back to points winning

    Sataday we are off to Yeovil lets get behind the lads and forget about the poor display we witnessed friday night .Points meens promotion a defeat in the cup counts for nothing but pride . And I for one are still proud of my club .

  6. DUDFIELDS  OUT

    I heard on BBC ESSEX today that there was a claws in his contract when he left Northampton that he would not play against them when we met . So he is indeed not playing sataday shame it could have been intresting if he popped one in against his old club .
