bolero

  1. what happened to the Bolero tune at the start of games?

Was just thinking about it today. loved this and seemed to get everyone pumped up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1u9fMrl7wA good bit starts around 2 mins 10 secs
  2. Songs at start of match

What are the names of some of the songs that are played prematch at Roots Hall. I know one of them is Bolero but do you know any more? Cheers
  3. C C Csiders

Sports that do not work on the radio

I have listened to a couple of the Rugby World Cup matches on the radio for a time, and have come to the conclusion that this is one of those sports that just do not work on the radio. Football and cricket work well, as does boxing, but most other sports fail to transfer to the spoken word...
  4. Entrance music

Does anyone know the full title and/or the composer of the entry song Southend play just before they run out onto the pitch? I don't mean the Bolero track from Moulin Rouge, I mean the one that sounds like the old Gladiators track. Thanks.
