Question to those who use this service. As getting to games is getting more difficult, I am considering signing up for this instead of just listening on the radio. Do they show every game throughout the season (home and away), and is it worth the money? Also, looking at a previous post when they were just taking over, they seemed to be very difficult to contact with problems, has thet improved?

They do show a good lot of national league games on DAZN they can be a pain in the back side but if you can’t get to the games I would recommend it I think it’s like 19.99

A few comments:
Yes they show every match, but you can’t watch them in the UK if the kick off is at 3.00pm Saturday.
The signing on/ payment process works well.
The picture quality has improved over the months, and one or two matches have had a second camera.
The commentary is generally dreadful. The commentators are amateurs.
DAZN have become very greedy. The price has risen from £9.99 a week to £19.99 during the season. I think a boycott would be in order. The company, which apparently is huge, is financed by Saudi Arabia. Make of that what you will.

If you're in the UK you will need to use a VPN in order to watch the live games.

Just a heads-up. DAZN are closing the loophole by increasingly blocking VPN enabled access to watch the games.

You don’t need a VPN to watch games in the UK if they are not on Saturday afternoons.
Correct, but given that most of our games are 3pm on a Saturday then a VPN will be required otherwise the monthly cost does not offer great value for money.

1 games for £9.99 or at least 5 games a month for £19, I know which ones I would pay.

Argh annoying… I was considering moving away from my current “solution” and going official with a season pass - but forgot all about the 3pm blackout :(

Any news if that’s being dropped (read some bits it could be) or if theirs is a bomb proof vpn to use with DAZN?

That's fine for people watching abroad but it's not much good for people in the UK who are following DAZN'S "no VPNs" rule, there might only be 1 match in the month that isn't region locked.

When I watched away games from 'overseas', I used NORD, which worked every time. I'm sure there are other VPNs such as Express, which work too. For whatever reason, some VPNs flout the no VPN rule successfully.

I chose random away games in the evenings and had no issues. The only derogatory comment I would make is for some reason they flash up if a goal has been scored before it has hit the net on screen.

Watch it on your iPhone (or any alternative phone) or iPad with VNP for 3pm kick off, and connect it to your TV, simple as that ;)

The current situation re 3pm Saturday KO games and no live TV games is under threat.
I understand that every single EFL game will be on live Sky TV on the opening day of the season despite them kicking off at 3pm.
I can see that happening on a regular basis which I personally feel is a bad path to take. We will probably become a nation of armchair fans who will get preferential treatment compared to those of us who follow live football each week and are the lifeblood of the game. Thankfully attendances at matches are still very encouraging but I wouldn't be surprised if they start to dip now that TV companies seem to be calling all the shots. This is not a dig at those who follow the team from far flung areas who can't attend regularly and understandably use the streaming services.

If you want a taster of DAZN as a service you can sign up for free on their app and watch the CWC (Club World Cup) currently running in the US. Another Saudi fed machine.
