As ticket sales will at some point be linked to buying coach travel from Southend I thought it would be interesting to gauge what proportion of people this would actually be helpful for.

I've included Basildon as I know that's a stop on the Shrimpers Trust coaches. Not sure if it will be on the clubs coaches.

Starting 6am Thursday, ferry from Stornaway harbour then various buses, plane and trains, getting to my sisters in St Leonards around 7pm that day. Just hoping I can ge tickets in general sale.

Drive from Stanford-le-Hope to Upminster, jump on the tube then walk a couple of miles to Wembley if needed to avoid the crowds. Could even go further out and use a Boris bike (if I find a functioning one)

Weather looks good for 1st as well. Sunshine with no rain (at present)

Coming down by train on Sat to Southend from just north of Newcastle. Going to be expensive and at nearly 80 I don't get around as well as I used to. I can't not go though, even if they have to wheel me in to stadium.
I’m sure there’s a few lads who will give you a hand if needed around the stadium stairs etc you’ll be fine.

Me and grandson will be starting from Bury St Edmunds. Driving to West Ruislip. Park up there, then 15 minutes to Wembley Stadium on train.

Train from prittlewell, although I am hoping that c2c can do a football special.

I know that c2c are trying to get this on but are being met with resistance. It may be an option for them to get trains to fenchurch Street and coaches from there.

Watch this space.
