Saturday will be the first visit back to the north bank for me and I can’t bloody wait!

Just have a question. Planning on leaving at midday so hoping to get parked up by 2-2:30 so I probably won’t have time to pop in the Railway for a pint.
Is there a pop up bar behind the NB?

Absolutely buzzing for this after having tickets for the last 2 games and not being able to make it down.

Yes in the NW corner, along with the Eat Street food truck.

Heading comfortably over 700 for the North bank. We had 300 in the W block, so thats twice the size of singer contingent if 100 dont sing at all, looking around v Oldham all three blocks were singing for sure. So, we'll have at least 50 more fans in the NB than Oldham, i think closer to 75. It's going to be loud and we wont hear Solihull's 75 fans, if they even chant anything. I'm looking forward to this..

My first return to the spiritual home of the good old days. I’m absolutely buzzing for this.
Going to get in there early to take it all in and have a walk around to see where I’d like my season ticket for next season (if they do place us back there).

Over my dreadful flu now and voice ready to go!!

North Bank should be sold as unallocated seating like the away tickets are. I think it pretty much turned into unallocated at the last game anyway.

Do any other supporters of a certain age remember when the BBC launched a competion open to any football league club . Recordings were made of 'North Banks' all round the country singing . This would of been about 1968/69 season , I cannot remember the Southend game that was being recorded , it was written in the programe 'Lets Keep The Songs Clean Lads' . I dont know who won or if it was ever shown on BBC Sportsnight .

Remember that LCBB, dont remember anything about us .Remember the KOP was on it...maybe even Workington Town !!! but could be wrong there.....there was stuff in the Football league review about that as well

I can imagine W block will remain a standing block heading into next year. Despite the north bank’s huge appeal I think there is still a majority who are happy standing but don’t wish to lose the luxury west stand seat.

I will try and dig out my old programes and see if I can find the info , it might of be being recorded by the Brothers Grimm .
