It’s either a bit of a weird set up or we’re super fluid tonight. Hopper’s been sitting really deep at times and Bonne is virtually playing right wing. Can’t work it out.

Noticed this too. Last few games have been more and more fluid. I think it lets Gus be unpredictable and ensures the back line stays tight. Hopper often dropping really deep.

Yeah think you’re right. LCP keeps drifting from LWB to the right flank too. It’s like we’re trying to create overloads in certain areas and the commentators picked up early that we seemed to be targeting their left side.

Interesting to watch as we’ve got players popping up all over the place at the moment.
