He was a good bloke Main. Perhaps too nice and got **** on. A lot of stuff he said was right though.

Yep that’s what I saw, so had a look who they were and they are fast bridging loan company. Then again they might of said no if we have tried.

The website states 67 Grosvenor St (for some unknown reason) but Lenrose Investments Ltd is registered at 170 Finchley Road too. Jack Martin the sole director

Scanned the documents for any values but haven't found it. Will give it a look again.

If I still had access to HMLR I would be searching up the titles to see who owns the land being loaned against.

Depending on what it is, you could make an educated guess as to the value of loan you could leverage against it.

Jack Martin has been a director of Lenrose Housing Ltd and Lenrose investments Litd for 4 years. The former is 50% shareholding of Citizens Housing LLP

The other Lenrose mentioned is nothing to do with it

The registered address is usually the address of their accountant, not the location of the company.

Hence why SUFC’s registered address is in St Albans, not Southend.

So not necessarily a discrepancy.
