I wouldn't say it was a great save. Their player had the whole goal to shoot at but hit it straight at Blondy

I would have said that the important thing was Blondy came out quickly to narrow the angle and didn't panic.Hardly his fault that their player hit the ball straight at him.

February is going to horrible for us. Lots of games at home on a pitch that looks like a WWII Battlefield. Off the pitch issues are clearly affecting us and it's only going to get worse. I wouldn't be surprised if get fewer than 3 wins in the month. Followed by a 12 point deduction.

Eastleigh are ****. We're ****. Refs were ****.

Blondy needs to go back to Stoke. A liability every week. If we extend him he HAS to play due to embargo rules I heard

Blondy is a huge weak point in the side, but it’s not his fault he’s the only keeper we could afford to bring in given the embargo!

Powell offers nothing. Incredibly weak and looked disinterested.

Central midfield are all too similar and negative.

We looked better with Murphy up front, but the Hyde sub was far too late. Tactically poor.

But given everything else going on in the club we’re probably lucky to have games to watch… I think!

Well that was depressing and the sort of afternoon I would not miss if the worst happens in a few weeks.

Not sure in the many years I have been watching the club I have seen a keeper make so many errors in such a short period of time with the possible exception of Eric Steele.

The referee played his full part in making this such a poor game. Special shout out to the stewards who thought taking the Ron Martin out banner was within there job remit to just about cap off the misery before that third goal. !!

Think Powell ate too much birthday cake.

Bridge wasn’t on form.

Blondy made a great save in the first half. Should’ve done better for their goals but I’d like to see them again before calling for his head.

Kensdale was excellent some great balls.

Need a real shake up of the line up. GSM and Hobbo must start as with Murphy.

Funny how we get nothing by constantly going down the wing, as soon as Murphy comes on ball over the top in the middle and we end up scoring.

Ref was ****e! Completely lost the game! Eastleigh didn’t deserve that score line. A big side and we struggled against them.

Can’t even give Blondie that first half save because I from where I was sitting it was going wide.

We , and the ref were BULLIED by the opposition.
I don't blame Eastleigh at all.
Played to their strengths, worked really hard out of possession , and yes , time wasted and play acted when in front ( don't know a team who doesn't ).
They got a deserved 3 points.
I thought their right wing back ( Rutherford ? ) played Bridge as well as I've seen this season.

Yep, was embarrassing. Can guarantee Oldham, Macclesfield, bury, Scunthorpe all realise just how real a threat it was.

But not us.

Well - yet another poor performance against a scummy team whose main attributes are being big strong and athletically quick and can run and run and run and get 10 men back behind the ball before we have thought where we are going to pass the ball.

They also are much better than us at cheating, the pulling and blocking off. You then always get the ref who can’t cope and panics at their theatrics. Just 2 minutes added time in the first half.

I think Taylor’s booking for what looked to me that he played the ball and their guy was late upset our concentration.

But having said all that they were much better at doing what they do than we were at what we do.

Of course Blondy didn’t have the best of games but - for the first goal could we have got the ball out in the pin ball? The third goal hit a divot and bounced over his hands - not a lot he could do about that. Rather they ran the ball from their box to ours unchallenged because we aren’t physically strong enough. Cardwell stopped chasing at the half way line.

How many saves did their keeper make? I’m struggling to think of one.

Our game needed Murphy and Hyde on earlier - Powell just hasn’t got the guile for what we are trying to do. We started to look more of a threat when Murphy came on.

Bridge had loads of the ball but far too late and far down the pitch - when he come to cross it their box was always packed.

Can’t afford to concede the first goal. Oh well there’s always next week.

We can sit here and complain about sh1thousery from the likes of Eastleigh but the sooner we learn to fight fire with fire the sooner we'll get out of this woeful league. Same goes for the referees at this level who are shocking to say the least but we need to get in their heads from the off.

Positives;

1: Colin and Arnie are close to a return to take over from the worst keeper I've seen at the club since Mark Prudhoe.

2: Dagenham and Wealdstone both lost and Bromley could only Nick a point today which leaves us still there or there abouts.

Day to forget, It happens but we need a big reaction next Saturday and please god one of our keepers back because this clown is costing us big time.

****ing miserable game. Another bunch of anti-football cloggers come to RH and leave with all 3 points.

Hate this league, the refs, the opposition, the quality of football, the away support that comes to the Hall, it's all dreadful.

Nothing but contempt for the man who oversaw SUFC's downfall to this ****hole league.

RM might deserve to be slumming it in NL but us fans don't. We deserve better and we should seek better.
